We optimize biomarker panels to distil markers that are relevant. This increases study power through reduction of marker redundancy. Avoidance of the marker redundancy often present in fixed panels reduces the loss of statistical significance encountered following significacance correction due to unneccessarily high analyte number assaying.

Custom generated multiplex panels involve a validation procedure to examine assay specificity, antibody cross-reactivity, and measurement precision and accuracy.
This includes generation of lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) (femtograms/ml) and upper limit of quantification (ULOQ) values.
